Key Responsibilities

Prompt Engineering for QA Tools (Vibe Testing)

- Write, refine, and validate AI QA Test prompts for Enterprise App and customer applications.
- Transform functional and regression test cases into AI-driven prompt workflows.
- Teach automation via Playwright to Agents, a few short prompts.
- Ensure prompts cover end-to-end Enterprise App use cases (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, internal apps, Enterprise Apps).
- Optimise prompts to improve accuracy, coverage, and defect reproducibility.

Enterprise App QA & AI Validation

- Design prompt-based test scripts for integrations, APIs, and customisations in the Enterprise App.
- Execute AI-driven test cases, analyse outcomes, and fine-tune prompts for edge cases.
- Validate TestZeus AI agents against real-world Enterprise App implementations.
- Validate the TestZeus platform.

Collaboration & Product Impact

- Work closely with AI/ML engineers to align QA prompts with agent behaviour.
- Partner with product teams to embed AI QA flows into the TestZeus platform.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address common QA scenarios faced in Enterprise App projects.
- Be a forward-deployed engineer.

Continuous Innovation

- Stay updated with the Enterprise App platform (Learn Salesforce) updates and new features.
- Explore and propose new QA methodologies using AI and prompt engineering.
- Contribute to a prompt library that becomes the backbone of TestZeus AI QA system.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.





Experience

- 3+ years in Enterprise App QA (functional/system/regression testing).
- Experience with QA automation tools and interest in AI-driven QA frameworks.
- Exposure to prompt engineering or AI-based test tools (preferred).

Skills

- Strong understanding of the Enterprise Apps ecosystem (Like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday) and testing practices.
- Ability to design high-quality prompts that simulate real tester behaviour.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication for writing transparent prompts, defects, and test documentation.
- Test Automation understanding and browser behaviour.

Preferred

- Enterprise App Administrator/App Builder certification.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based testing tools.
- Familiarity with Python, Playwright, Selenium, or API testing frameworks.
