Prep Academy is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Female candidates are preferred for this role. This opportunity is well-suited for fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to two years of experience who are looking to build a long-term career in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our programs

Manage and convert qualified leads

Build and maintain relationships with schools and colleges

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain CRM records

Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admissions process

Support business development and outreach initiatives

Eligibility

Undergraduate degree

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply

Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam





Good interpersonal and relationship management skills

Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license
