Job Description

- Lead IT and digital transformation across finance, leasing, operations, and smart-building platforms.
- Drive ERP optimization, AP/AR automation, and business process digitization.
- Own leasing technology, CRM, and lease lifecycle management systems.
- Integrate enterprise applications to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Implement smart-building, IoT, and energy management solutions.
- Identify and deploy AI use cases to enhance operations and tenant experience.
- Partner with business leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant





- 15+ years of IT leadership and transformation experience.
- Hands-on expertise in ERP, AP/AR transformation, and process automation.
- Experience with leasing, CRM, and commercial real estate technology platforms.
- Exposure to smart buildings, IoT, BMS, and PropTech solutions.
- Experience leveraging AI and analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation programs.
- Robust stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
