Accounts & Inventory Executive (Zoho ERP User)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 3–6 years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, inventory records, and ERP operations for our growing distribution business dealing in LED TVs, solar panels, batteries, inverters, and other electronic products.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting and inventory processes and should be comfortable working with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or similar ERP systems. The person will play a key role in helping the organization adopt Zoho-based processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- Manage daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and perform regular reconciliations.
- Track accounts receivable, payable, and customer outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with the external CA for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and MIS.

Inventory & Operations

- Manage inventory records through Zoho ERP and ensure accuracy of stock movement.
- Coordinate with the Latur warehouse team regarding inward, outward, stock availability, and dispatch documentation.
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, tax invoices, and delivery challans.




- Conduct regular stock reconciliation between physical inventory and ERP records.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or slow-moving inventory.

ERP & Process Management

- Operate Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and related applications.
- Understand existing workflows and suggest improvements.
- Assist management and external Zoho consultants in ERP setup, customization, and implementation.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and operational MIS through Zoho.
- Ensure proper data discipline and accuracy within the ERP system.
- Manage and assist in record-keeping and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting, inventory, or operations.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or other Zoho applications.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- Positive understanding of inventory management and stock movement.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, MIS reporting).
- Good communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a traditional accountant who only passes entries. The ideal candidate should be someone who understands the complete business cycle using Zoho ERP, CRM, and/OR similar tools.
