Location: Noida, UP OR Ahmedabad, GJ(100% Onsite)

Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts, including night shifts

Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NOC Administrator to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The NOC administrator will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting our network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operation and optimal performance. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor network infrastructure using network monitoring tools and systems to ensure availability, performance, and security.
- Respond to network incidents, alerts, and service requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve or escalate as necessary to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patch management, and configuration changes to optimize network performance and reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve network issues and implement necessary changes or upgrades.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
- Implement and enforce network security measures, policies, and procedures to protect against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.




- Collaborate with Network Engineers and other IT teams to implement network infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support for network emergencies and planned maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, NOC team members, and stakeholders on network-related issues and inquiries.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Network Administrator, NOC Technician, or similar role in a large-scale network environment.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and systems (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Cisco Prime).
- Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve network issues effectively.
- Knowledge of network security best practices and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation as required.
