Relish Foods is a quick-growing food manufacturing company expanding from a successful B2B business into Retail (B2C) and QSR markets. As we scale, we are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Brand Management Intern who can help and support us drive sales, profitability, and expansion.

Role Description

- Take ownership to help design the campaigns to launch new products
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Create compelling content for social media other digital platforms to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Monitor and track brand performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions to promote the brand.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand management strategies.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proactive, Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to support Brand Strategy and Brand Management activities, including execution of brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Capability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and derive insights relevant to HORECA, B2C & D2C segments.
- Interest in Sales support, including coordination with sales teams and understanding partner needs.
- Basic understanding of FMCG, Frozen food brands, or hospitality markets is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with basic marketing tools is a plus.
