About The Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for our D2C ecommerce clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and reporting — working closely with design and development teams to ensure alignment with each client's growth objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on meaningful brands with substantial monthly ad spends, providing direct mentorship from founders and senior media buyers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess 2-4 years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience, specifically within the D2C or ecommerce sectors. A proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands and generating conversions is essential. Candidates must have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and various reporting dashboards. Working knowledge of Shopify or Shopify Plus is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Bonus points are awarded for experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

- Build and launch Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to increase traffic and conversions for client accounts.




- Manage and allocate ad budgets across multiple campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously test and optimize ad copy, creative assets, targeting parameters, and landing pages to enhance performance.
- Manage at least 3L INR (or equivalent) per month in ad spend, ensuring efficient budget utilization.
- Design and optimize campaign structures, including ABO (Ad Set Budget Optimization), CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization), ASC (Ad Set Campaigns), and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign data daily, making real-time adjustments to improve results and prevent budget wastage.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform and refine campaign strategies.
- Identify and pitch new campaign opportunities to expand client accounts and achieve growth targets.
- Mentor junior media buyers by providing quality assurance, constructive feedback, and daily guidance.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients through daily and weekly reports, providing insights and performance updates.
