Key Responsibilities

- Support deal origination and execution by preparing high-quality financial models and client presentations.
- Build financial models and provide analytical support for mergers & acquisitions and other advisory transactions.
- Develop sector knowledge and maintain an understanding of key industry trends, market developments, and business dynamics.
- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, investor presentations, term sheets, and other transaction-related materials.
- Conduct company, industry, market, and competitor research, including due diligence assignments.
- Ensure high-quality client deliverables through strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Work across sectors and products to support deal origination and transaction execution initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial concepts, particularly mergers & acquisitions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple engagements, and adapt to changing priorities in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong capability to evaluate and analyze companies, industries, and financial information.




- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with senior professionals and contribute meaningfully within an engagement team.

Eligibility

- CA / Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Financial Services, or related domains.
- MBA (Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes) with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior exposure to M&A;, capital raising, valuation, financial modelling, equity research, or transaction execution will be preferred.
