About The Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team at Puretive. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic and optimized advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for data analysis, and a proactive approach to campaign management. You will work closely with the founders, creative team, and content creators to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and deliver measurable results. Your efforts will directly impact our brand's growth trajectory, making this an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build and scale a brand in the fast-paced D2C space.

Qualifications





The ideal candidate should possess 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, preferably within the D2C or e-commerce sectors. A strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and key performance metrics is essential. Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup environment, along with a proactive attitude, is highly valued. A background in health, wellness, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms to meet acquisition and revenue goals.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Manage daily campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing to identify the most effective messaging and targeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign data to generate performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.




- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Identify new opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance customer acquisition and overall marketing performance.
