Accountabilities:

As a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead functional consulting activities, support end-to-end implementations, and ensure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions meet business objectives.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to define effective CRM solutions.
- Lead functional workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions with business teams.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions based on customer requirements.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in the D365 CE Sales module and provide functional guidance across additional CE modules.
- Work with technical consultants, developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful implementations.
- Create functional design documents, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
- Support data migration, testing activities, user acceptance testing,



and production deployments.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop supporting documentation to enable adoption.
- Provide post-go-live support, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process enhancements.
- Follow implementation best practices and contribute to consistent delivery quality.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Microsoft Dynamics professional with strong functional consulting capabilities, business analysis skills, and client-facing experience.

- 7–10 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong expertise in the D365 CE Sales module is mandatory.
- Experience working with at least two additional D365 CE modules, such as Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys), or Project Operations.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementation projects.
- Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design capabilities.
- Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions with limited reliance on custom development.
- Understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, business process flows, security roles, and integrations is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is an advantage.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional certifications are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
