Description
The role involves driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining credit and operational risk standards, and aligning the team’s activities with the bank’s strategic goals in the wholesale banking segment.
Responsibilities
1. Ensuring optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation with individual asset, NII, Fee targets- by offering various products and services of the Bank.
2. The Team Leader-Commercial Banking is expected to work under the guidance of the Zonal Head.
3. Along with the Associate RM, RM has to work towards achieving the annual budgets on Asset, Liability and portfolio P&L.;
4. The role is for coverage RM with full accountability of portfolio quality and revenue.
Qualifications
MBA/CA
Min Experience: 12 years
Max Experience: 16 years
