Role Purpose You will own new enrolment targets across a cluster of 8–15 daycare centres in your city of posting. This is a pure hunter role — your job is to find parents / corporates who need us, convert them rapid, and build a pipeline that never runs dry. You run your cluster like a small business: your targets are your revenue, and your incentives are your profit.Location Noida / Gurgaon / Mumbai / Chennai and Bengaluru The Mindset We Are Hiring For We are not looking for order-takers or brochure-passers. Is motivated by the potential for significant upside; a salary cap is a source of discomfort rather than comfort.Enjoys the satisfaction of closing deals, whether a single enrolment or a large corporate contract. Drive corporate empanelment deals— tie up with HR teams of large employers for subsidised or bulk daycare seats.
