Field Service Engineer for East Location (Bhubaneshwar)
Responsible for the installation and set-up of whole Elementar product group: high temperature combustion analyzer for non-metallic elements (C, H, N, O, S) for TOC-water and N-protein analysis.
Offering technical consultation and support to our customers
Providing service and maintenance for the mentioned products as well as technical customer training courses in office or at the customer's premises (Online / Offline)
Keeping track of maintenance contracts (AMC’s), encouraging users to accept AMC proposal and maintaining good relationship with the users.
You should have a Degree/ Diploma in a scientific or relevant engineering subject or equivalent
You should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in installation and set-up of analytical instruments preferably elemental analysers.
You should be able to work independently and be self-motivated and you should also persuade with your robust customer and service orientation
You shall be fluent in English
You are experienced to work with a CRM system and the MS Office Applications
Having a driving license is as essential as a high willingness to travel and flexible working hours
You should be familiar with the PC having some basic knowledge of hardware and software.
