Adsreverb Digital Private Limited is a performance-driven digital marketing company specializing in media buying, affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and performance advertising solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Payroll Executive to support our growing finance operations and ensure smooth payroll management and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial information and support departmental requirements.
- Assist during internal and external audits and address audit-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.

Payroll & Compliance

- Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary calculations, reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the HR team to collect attendance records, leave data, employee benefits information, and payroll documentation.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI,



Professional Tax, TDS, and Labour Laws.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential employee payroll records.
- Handle employee payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, statutory compliances, and industry best practices.

Additional Responsibilities

- Support management with financial data and reports as required.
- Perform other finance and accounting-related duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of taxation and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or IT services company will be an added advantage.
