We're not looking for a traditional video editor—we're looking for a Performance Creative Editor who knows how to create videos that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue.
Your focus will be editing high-performing Meta ads using UGC, product, and lifestyle content while constantly testing new hooks, pacing, messaging, and creative frameworks to improve performance.

What You'll Do
Edit and optimize Meta video ads for direct-response campaigns.
Create multiple creative variations for testing.
Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and designers.
Iterate based on performance data, not personal preference.

What We're Looking For
Experience editing paid social ads (Meta preferred).
Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pattern interrupts, UGC pacing, text hierarchy, and ad fatigue.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
DTC or eCommerce experience is preferred.
