About the Role

The Sales Manager – Enterprise Business will be responsible for the acquisition of customers through various channels, setting up a distribution network, and building a demand funnel in line with the organization's strategy. The role involves engagement with established and potential channel partners to negotiate terms of engagement and ensure regular business flow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving budgeted acquisition numbers, including Fee Income and Cross Sell Revenue, and managing all pre-disbursement processes for acquired customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquisition of customers through Direct Channel, Anchor Channel, and Partner Channel
- Setting up of distribution network and building a demand funnel in line with organization strategy
- Engagement with established/ potential channel partners to negotiate terms of engagement and regular monitoring/ control to ensure regular flow of business (only for partner channel team)
- Responsible to achieve the budgeted acquisition numbers including Fee Income and Cross Sell Revenue




- Managing all pre-disbursement processes for the acquired customer including Loan documentations, PDD and first disbursement

Other Responsibilities

- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the Supply Chain finance & Fintech landscape
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
- Jointly responsible for maintaining portfolio quality and portfolio composition in line with Policy

Requirements

- Good product knowledge of Supply chain Finance &/or Working Capital finance
- Sound knowledge of Business Lending eco-system in fintech setting
- Graduate with work experience of minimum 2 years in Supply Chain Finance domain especially in Fintech / NBFC environment
- Must be well-versed with the location applied for – geographically and demographically
