The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining client databases, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. Identify upcoming projects and maintain an updated database of prospective clients.
Maintain communication with clients via calls, emails, and written correspondence.
Coordinate with design, accounts, and other departments for quotations and payment tracking.
Prepare and send sales quotations in coordination with the sales team.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare MIS reports for management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback to improve services.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales support or coordination preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
