Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the dealership.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
Monitor dealership KPIs,



profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and channel partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.
✅ Candidate Profile
~3–5 years of experience in Automobile Sales.
~ Solid leadership and team management skills.
~ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
~ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
~ Dealership experience is mandatory.
