Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Inside Sales Manager to drive B2B sales by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and recommending suitable marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients.
Understand customer business needs and recommend relevant marketing solutions.
Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and product presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in the CRM.
Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Visit clients occasionally, as per business requirements,



to strengthen business relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or related sales roles .
Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and consultative selling .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with occasional client visits.
Own conveyance for client meetings, whenever required.
Technical background in IT/Electronics is not mandatory ; relevant sales experience is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in B2B sales across any industry .
Solid relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Female candidates are preferred; however, suitable candidates will be considered based on merit.
