About The Job:

- Our primary requirement is for MLOps/LLM Ops Engineers. Specifically, we are looking for professionals who can bridge the gap between data science and data engineering, with hands-on experience in deploying scalable machine learning models within GCP environments.

Essential Job Functions:
- Implement end-to-end solutions based on microservices for batch and real-time algorithms along with requisite tooling around monitoring, logging, automated testing, and performance testing.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models in a production environment.
- Implement and optimise MLOps pipelines using open-source tools such as Kubeflow, Seldon, MLFlow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to streamline the ML model development process and improve model performance.
- Ensure deployed machine learning models' scalability, maintainability, and robustness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ML model performance and infrastructure issues in production. Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana stack is valuable
- Supporting and continuously enhancing ML software infrastructure: CI/CD, data stores, cloud services, network configuration, security,



and system monitoring.
- Work with cloud technologies, particularly GCP, to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in MLOps.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of MLOps best practices and experience with relevant tools, including Kubeflow, Seldon, MLFlow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially GCP, and familiarity with cloud-based ML services.
- Knowledge of data processing, ETL, and feature engineering techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in deploying ML models at scale using serverless technologies or other cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.




- Knowledge of software development best practices, such as version control (Git), continuous integration, and automated testing.
