This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune. We are looking for candidates who are currently based in Pune or are willing to relocate before joining. This role requires regular collaboration with the team, influencers, vendors, and partners, and is not a remote position .

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Influencer Management
Research, identify, and shortlist influencers who align with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
Conduct influencer outreach and build long-term relationships with creators across relevant platforms.
Negotiate collaboration terms and deliverables while ensuring cost-effective partnerships.
Coordinate with influencers throughout the collaboration process, from onboarding to campaign completion.
Track deliverables and ensure all content is submitted, reviewed, and published within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate records of influencer communications, contracts, payments, and campaign performance.

2. Partnership & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and other marketing partners for various campaigns.
Manage end-to-end execution of offline marketing initiatives, events, brand activations, gifting campaigns, photoshoots, and other partnership activities.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Follow up proactively to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing partnership and marketing initiatives from conception to completion.

3. Content Creation Support
Be open to participating in content creation as and when required.
Collaborate with the marketing team by appearing in videos,



assisting during shoots, creating behind-the-scenes content, or supporting other content initiatives.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content whenever possible.
As a growing startup, every team member is expected to contribute beyond their core responsibilities and actively support the brand's content creation efforts.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, creator management, PR, brand collaborations, or a similar marketing role.
Prior experience working with influencers from outreach and negotiation to campaign execution and reporting.
Experience coordinating with vendors, agencies, freelancers, or external partners is preferred.
Experience in the beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C industry is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of Instagram and other creator-led platforms, including current trends and influencer marketing best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and project management tools is preferred.
Candidates with experience in fast-paced startups will be given preference.
