- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Role Overview

As a Senior Admission Counsellor (Admission Profiler), you will play a critical role in connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, qualifying their requirements, and creating interest in upGrad's programs.

You will act as the first point of contact for learners and facilitate their journey by scheduling Video Counselling (VC) sessions with our Admission Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with assigned leads through the auto-dialer system.
- Qualify leads by understanding their learning requirements, eligibility, and career goals.
- Build strong rapport and trust through effective communication and active listening.
- Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors.
- Coordinate seamlessly between learners and counsellors to ensure a smooth admission journey.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual productivity and revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria





✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech Sales (Study Abroad experience is an added advantage)

✔ Minimum 1 year of continuous tenure in the current or previous organization

✔ Graduation is mandatory

✔ Comfortable working in a 6-day work week

✔ Currently working as an Individual Contributor (IC)

✔ Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication skills with robust English proficiency.
- Strong relationship-building and counselling skills.
- Ability to understand learner needs with patience and empathy.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Minimum 300 minutes of talk time per day.
- Schedule 5 Video Counselling (VC) sessions daily.
- Connect with at least 80% of assigned leads every day.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly revenue targets.

Note: KPIs may vary depending on the business vertical.
