Your focus will be editing high-performing Meta ads using UGC, product, and lifestyle content while constantly testing current hooks, pacing, messaging, and creative frameworks to improve performance.

Edit and optimize Meta video ads for direct-response campaigns.
Create multiple creative variations for testing.
Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and designers.
Iterate based on performance data, not personal preference.

Experience editing paid social ads (Meta preferred).
DTC or eCommerce experience is preferred.

You enjoy testing creative, improving performance, and turning insights into better results.
