We are hiring for a leading Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad and are looking for a seasoned Fund Accounting leader with deep expertise in Private Equity Fund Accounting .

This is a strategic leadership role requiring robust team management, stakeholder engagement, and client management experience within global financial services with over 18 years of experience in Fund Accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of the Fund Accounting function.
Overview of the daily operations including ensuring meeting of SLA’s, client engagement, service delivery and other administrative matters
Ensure the review of NAV’s, capital event processes, partner capital statements and other processes related to work.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while driving talent and leadership development.




Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to strengthen relationships and deliver business objectives.
Develop reporting dashboards, MIS, and performance metrics for operational governance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and other fund participants.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client service agreements.

Extensive experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting
