JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Perform end-to-end Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation for private credit funds on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records for investment portfolios, including loan investments, interest accruals, fee calculations, realized and unrealized gains/losses, and other fund transactions.
- Process and monitor capital calls, investor contributions, distributions, redemptions, and related investor allocations.
- Handle daily cash activities and notices on assigned funds.
- Prepare cash, Position and accrued interest reconciliation, Investigate and resolve breaks.
- Participate in annual audits, including preparation of Financial reports and responses to auditor queries.
- Understand the governing agreements between Alter Domus and the client.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple client deliverables while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

YOUR PROFILE:

- 1-4 years of experience.
- High-performing accounting graduate.
- Knowledge of fixed income products like Syndicated Loans, Direct Lending Investments, Mezzanine Debt, CLOs.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.




- CA,CMA or CA/CMA Inter/MBA finance with relevant experience is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Background in private equity or private credit a plus.
