Job Summary

Strides Software is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PL/SQL Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming, database development, and performance optimization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining database objects and supporting business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views.
- Design and optimize SQL queries for better database performance.
- Create and manage database objects as per business requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot database-related issues and provide effective solutions.




- Work closely with application developers to integrate database components.
- Perform data validation, migration, and database maintenance activities.
- Optimize existing PL/SQL code for performance and scalability.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed database objects.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to database standards.

Preferred Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Oracle certifications will be an added advantage.
