As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software delivery, ensuring that the solutions integrate seamlessly within the existing technology landscape while adapting to evolving project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with coding, debugging, and testing custom software components.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect various systems effectively.
