Accountabilities:

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining advanced mobile applications while ensuring high performance, reliability, and exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions across multiple platforms.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin and iOS applications using Swift.
- Build and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart to provide consistent experiences across devices.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services through REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and stability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to create intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging mobile interfaces.
- Manage the complete application deployment lifecycle, including App Store and Play Store releases, code signing,



and platform compliance.
- Participate in technical discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and help improve development practices.
- Follow software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, documentation, and maintainable code development.
- Contribute to Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled mobile engineer with robust experience building production-ready applications across Android, iOS, and cross-platform frameworks. You should have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for mobile technology.

- 4–8 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in Android development using Kotlin and iOS development using Swift.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile application development.
- Experience deploying applications to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and development practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, or open-source contributions is a plus.




- A portfolio demonstrating mobile development expertise and previous accomplishments is preferred.
