We are looking for a US Healthcare-Unit Manager/Assistant Manager/Operations Manager for one of our esteemed clients in Bangalore having experience in US Healthcare, Claims Adjustication, Medical Coding (ITC), Quality Management and People Management.

Exp: 5 + Years

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Upto 12 to 20 LPA

Job Description:-

- Manage end-to-end Claims Adjudication operations for US Healthcare clients.

- Lead and mentor teams handling non-voice healthcare claims processing.

- Ensure accurate adjudication of medical claims as per client guidelines.

- Monitor productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA adherence.

- Review and resolve complex claims and escalations.

- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and employee development.

- Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Client teams to improve operational efficiency
