Role Description The Channel Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships. The position involves setting and tracking sales targets, creating and executing channel sales plans, and regularly reviewing performance metrics with partners to optimize results. The Channel Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal sales,



marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless experience to educators and partners. Daily responsibilities include relationship management, pipeline development, resolving partner inquiries, and providing ongoing support to enhance partner engagement and customer satisfaction.
Strong channel-focused skills including Channel Sales and experience working with Channel Partners.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in the education technology or SaaS industry is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
