Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Residential Nurse to provide primary healthcare and medical support to students residing on the college campus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff.
- Monitor students' health and maintain medical records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals when required.
- Administer prescribed medications as directed by doctors.
- Ensure the medical room is well-stocked and hygienic.
- Educate students on health, hygiene, and wellness practices.
- Be available for emergency support during assigned residential shifts.

Requirements:

- GNM/B. Sc. Nursing qualification with valid nursing registration.
- 1–3 years of nursing experience (hostel, school, college, or hospital preferred).
- Valuable communication and emergency handling skills.
- Willingness to stay on the college campus (residential role).
