Plan and organize shift schedules. Coordinate with other shift incharges for smooth transition and continuity.
Managing the roll forming process to ensure adherence to operational standards. (Daily 5S, Machine check sheet updation, Raising the BD report of Machine & Tool, Daily scrap reporting)
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the shift.
Train recent employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff. Identify skill gaps and arrange for necessary training sessions.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement among team members.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.



Coordinate with the inventory management team for timely replenishment.
Address and resolve any issues that affect production efficiency or quality. IMTE maintenance
Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
To update suggestions and QCC implementation status all over plant. To update documents related ISO, IMS audits and lead the audit on ISO, IMS for production department and close any non conformity raised.To motivate, arrange and conduct training programs to all over plant.
