Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development tailored to automotive electronic control units. This includes analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code, and ensuring the smooth functioning of multiple application components. The role also involves maintaining existing software, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with different teams to meet client needs effectively. The work environment encourages continuous learning and problem-solving to deliver high-quality software products that align with project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive ECU Software.
- Experience with embedded software development and debugging techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and version control systems.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems and automotive communication protocols.
- Ability to write clean, efficient,



and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
