We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition skilled to lead recruitment for our rapidly expanding Global Capability Center. This role requires strategic recruiting expertise to build robust talent pipelines, manage end-to-end hiring, and elevate our employer brand. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting expertise, strong stakeholder management, and passion for exceptional candidate experiences.

- Assist in full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across all GIA Services functions with ownership of hiring targets.

- Contribute in developing innovative sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media, referral programs, and passive candidate networking.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and establish evaluation criteria.

- Post job openings on internal and external platforms and execute sourcing strategies

- Develop sourcing plans and conduct targeted sourcing activities

- Define technical and behavioral selection criteria in partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles to reduce time-to-hire.

- Ensure integrity of the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)



through accurate maintenance of applicant documents, job descriptions, offer letters, forms, job requisitions, and applicant dispositions

- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to develop, extend, and negotiate employment offers

- Generate and distribute offer letters, including required links and forms

- Manage candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance ensuring positive employer branding at every touchpoint.

- Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies, background verification, and assessment partners.

- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) and provide regular reporting.

- Contribute in employer branding initiatives including career page optimization, employee testimonials, and recruitment marketing campaigns
