Key Responsibilities

- Go-to-Market (GTM), Positioning & Messaging
- Own and execute go-to-market plans for ecommerce, ERP, and Managed Services offerings.
- Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different buyer personas and industries.
- Translate complex solutions into clear, outcome-driven narratives for global markets.
- Demand Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, social media, and partner channels.
- Support lead generation and pipeline growth through inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue priorities and target accounts.
- Content & Sales Enablement
- Drive the creation of case studies, solution decks, one-pagers, website content, and thought leadership materials.
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets to support pre-sales and business development teams.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touch points.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Own marketing performance tracking, including leads, conversions, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.




- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead management and visibility.
- Regularly review marketing data and insights to optimize campaigns and messaging.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business heads, delivery teams, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with service capabilities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.
- Mentor junior marketing team members and support capability building within the team.

Qualification

- 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, ERP, or ecommerce.
- Strong exposure to ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and/or ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP).
- Experience marketing services-led or Managed Services offerings is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with sales teams.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
