Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation, consolidation, review, and finalization of annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets and ensure timely approvals.
- Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, cost, and profitability performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide financial evaluation and decision support for capital expenditure proposals and investment decisions.
- Ensure timely preparation and circulation of monthly MIS reports and coordinate performance reviews.
- Oversee the preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyze expenses, receivables, and working capital trends and drive operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flows, liquidity positions, and short-term investment decisions.




- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Ensure completion of statutory audits within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with GST, EPCG obligations, and all applicable statutory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
- Drive adoption of contemporary finance systems, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience handling end-to-end finance operations in a large organization or infrastructure / port setup.
- Strong exposure to balance sheet finalization, statutory audits, and regulatory compliances.
