Job Title Senior Workato Integration Developer Platform Migration

Background

We are embarking on a major strategic initiative to modernize our core integration capabilities We are migrating from a traditional ESB to a modern cloudnative iPaaS platform

We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Senior Integration Developer to be a core contributor to this transformation This is a handson role where you will be responsible for developing implementing and migrating critical integrations If you are passionate about building highquality scalable solutions and working with cuttingedge technologies this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery Design develop test and implement robust integration solutions on the Workato iPaaS platform adhering to the highest standards of quality performance and security

Migration Execution Actively participate in the technical analysis and execution of migrating existing interfaces from TIBCO to WORKATO ensuring a smooth and reliable transition

Best Practices Quality Contribute to team best practices by writing clean maintainable and welldocumented code Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the platform

Problem Solving Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in integration workflows from development through to production environments

Collaboration Work closely with Technical Leads architects and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

Documentation Create and maintain clear technical documentation for all developed solutions including data mappings API specifications and support guides

Required Skills Experience

A minimum of 68 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on enterprise integration





Proven handson development experience in at least one significant migration project from a traditional middleware platform like TIBCO MuleSoft to a modern iPaaS solution Direct development experience with Workato is highly desirable

Experience contributing to the design and architecture of complex integration solutions

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details clearly to team members and immediate counterparts

A strong background in a language like Java or Python is required as it demonstrates a solid understanding of fundamental software engineering principles

Technical Skillsets

The ideal candidate will have deep handson development experience in at least one of the following core areas with a broad understanding of the others

Middleware Service bus or iPaaS platform Strong experience with Workato TIBCO MuleSoft or a similar enterprisegrade platform

API Platform Experience developing for API management solutions like Apigee Kong or AWS API Gateway

Streaming or Eventdriven platform Solid understanding and working knowledge of Kafka or an equivalent eventdriven platform

File Transfer Solution Experience with Managed File Transfer MFT protocols and solutions

Cloud Platforms Working experience with a major cloud provider Azure AWS GCP
