What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs




Execute the complete scope of Case management - Leave of Absence services across internal teams and external service providers in managing the Leave process from system updates to approval of leaves or managing return to work using the guiding principles applicable for each region through accurate document collation and process and policy adherence .

Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic HR and business objectives. Drive initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
