As an intern, you'll work at the heart of one of the country's most dynamic startup communities and gain hands-on exposure to startup acceleration and incubation programs.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic AIC Startup Programs Intern to support the Program Management team in executing high-impact startup initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with startup founders, investors, mentors, and industry leaders while gaining practical experience in program management and ecosystem building.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the execution of startup programs and accelerator initiatives.
- Manage program schedules, trackers, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate mentoring sessions, founder meetings, workshops, and investor connects.
- Interact with startup founders and maintain program data, metrics, and progress reports.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Assist with startup onboarding and operational activities.
- Support ecosystem events, networking sessions, and Demo Days.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

Qualifications





- Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate students, recent graduates, or MBA students.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Passionate about startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
- Prior internship or experience in event coordination, operations, or program management is an added advantage.

Pay range and compensation package

Only candidates who are available for a full-time, on-site internship in Hyderabad for six months should apply.
