Attend and manage walk-in customers, website enquiries, and qualified leads.

- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.
- Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and close interior design projects.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until project confirmation.
- Ensure accurate customer information and sales activities are updated in the CRM.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover after booking.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Strong understanding of residential interior design projects.
- Proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.
- Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
- Valuable commercial awareness and pricing knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and under sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
