What does a day-to-day look like in this role? Classroom Delivery & Training through engaging sessions on:
- Verbal & non-verbal communication
- Business & qualified communication
- Public speaking, presentations, and group discussions
- Interpersonal communication & workplace etiquette
- Train students across diverse proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
- Use activity-based, experiential learning methods (role plays, simulations, debates).
Student Mentoring & Feedback
- Provide individualized feedback on speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
- Coach students for interviews, GDs, presentations, and campus placements.
- Support students in overcoming stage fear and communication anxiety.
Assessment & Progress Tracking
- Conduct regular assessments in the class to assess the learning progress.
- Track student progress and share structured feedback with academic teams.
- Maintain basic training records and progress on learning outcomes.
