Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding SRV Media’s presence in the advertising and digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in digital marketing and advertising
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and key stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose tailored marketing solutions (performance, branding, SEO, social, etc.)

Lead end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding

Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative,



media) to deliver winning proposals
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports

Requirements
3–8 years of experience in business development / sales in advertising, digital marketing, or media agencies
Solid understanding of digital marketing services (performance marketing, SEO, social media, branding)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers

Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agency sales or media sales
Existing network of brand/marketing contacts

MBA or relevant degree (preferred but not mandatory)
