Key Areas of Responsibilities

- Perform Due Diligence on clients FATCA CRS declarations across all business lines
- Perform monthly periodic reviews on existing clients and manage changes in circumstances
- Maintain CSI group entities up to date FATCA CRS forms on systems and share with business per requirement
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports for the CSI group entities
- Maintain high quality, timeliness, auditability and demonstrate reasonableness in thought process
- Implement process level changes in tune with evolving regulations and industry best practices
- Ensure the process risks are identified and mitigated effectively, and prevent breaches
- Submit the proper documentation with various banks for CSI group entities to protect group from FATCA withholdings





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FATCA and CRS
- Strong reasoning and logic skills, with explicit and coherent presentation of thoughts
- Fluency in English
- Ability to multi-task and function independently
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power point
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills
