About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager for Pyro & Grinding for serving customers with technical support and serving the company with creating sales opportunities for spare parts wear parts, professional services and upgrades.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, strengthening partnerships with local agents and suppliers, and providing strong leadership to achieve our ambitious growth targets in APAC Region.

Your Responsibilities :

- Serving customers with needed technical support for the Pyro & Grinding.
- Creating an excellent long term relationship with customers.
- Creating opportunities for sales of spare parts, wear parts, professional services and upgrades.
- Supporting our sales team and agents in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and draft proposals.
- Visit installation sites to do the above mentioned jobs.




- Doing all needed reporting and attending all needed external and internal meetings effectively to achieve the business targets.

You bring

- Strengthen partnerships with local agents and suppliers to ensure competitive advantage.
- B.S. degree in Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering and 5+ years of experience in the cement industry.
- Knowledge of industry & cement process equipment with specific knowledge and working experience on spare parts and services.
- Proactive nature with effective communication & presentation skills in English & spoken and strong problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to travel, 70-80% of time should be spent conducting visits to our customers.
- Ideal residential location would be based in India.
- Territory of coverage (not limit to) will be select cement accounts in APAC.
- Direct engagement and cement knowledge of these markets within this region as well as other industrial plants is a plus.
