Job Title: Proposal Analyst Federal RFPs Remote
About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Analyst with extensive experience in U.S. Federal RFPs to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, writing, and client-facing skills, with a proven track record of managing complex proposal lifecycles. This role requires expertise in federal procurement processes, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to craft compelling proposal narratives that win contracts.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process for U.S. Federal RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Analyze solicitation requirements, compliance matrices, and evaluation criteria to ensure 100% compliance. Collaborate with clients, capture managers, and SMEs to gather technical, financial, and operational inputs. Develop proposal content including executive summaries, technical sections, and pricing narratives. Maintain and update proposal templates, style guides, and knowledge repositories. Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure professional, client-ready deliverables. Engage with professional networks and leverage LinkedIn for industry insights, talent outreach,



and client relationship building. Track proposal metrics, win rates, and provide post-submission analysis for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in proposal development, specifically with U.S. Federal RFPs. Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail. Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders to align proposal strategy with business goals. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar). Active presence on LinkedIn with demonstrated ability to engage in skilled networking and client outreach.
Preferred Skills: APMP certification or equivalent proposal management training. Experience in IT, healthcare, or defense contracting proposals. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
