Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to join our Center of Excellence (COE) at BFL. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, with a robust background in financial planning, P&L; preparation, and executive reporting. This role will be instrumental in designing and optimizing Anaplan solutions that support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of Anaplan models for P&L; forecasting, AOP, and management reporting
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions
• Architect end-to-end planning models that integrate financial and operational data
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data used for reporting to senior leadership
• Optimize existing models for performance, usability, and maintainability
• Define and enforce modeling standards, documentation, and governance practices
• Mentor and guide L1/L2 model builders within the COE
• Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM,



and data warehouses
• Stay abreast of Anaplan platform updates and advocate for adoption of new features
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, preferably in financial services.
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (preferred) & L3.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes including P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience in designing and managing complex Anaplan models for executive-level reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with data integration tools and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus
