Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Hiring Type: TPC About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations with a solid focus on Service Cloud and Agentforce. This is a hands-on technical architecture role where you will own end-to-end solution design, guide development teams on best practices, and act as the primary technical authority across the engagement. Key Responsibilities: Solution & Technical Architecture:

1. - Own end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce implementations from design through go-live.
2. - Define data models, sharing and security architecture, integration patterns, and system landscape across Salesforce and connected platforms.
3. - Evaluate build-vs-configure trade-offs and enforce a configuration-first, platform-native design approach before recommending custom development.
4. - Design scalable case management, omnichannel routing, automation (Flows), and AI-assisted service architectures using Agentforce.
5. - Establish architecture governance, design standards, and technical best practices across the delivery team.

Agentforce & AI-Enabled Service Design:

1. - Architect Agentforce-powered service experiences, including agent actions, topics, and grounding strategies for reliable AI-assisted resolutions.
2. - Design human-in-the-loop patterns and guardrails for AI-driven case handling and customer interactions.
3. - Advise stakeholders on where Agentforce and generative AI capabilities fit within the broader service experience roadmap.
4. Technical Delivery & Governance:
5. - Lead technical design reviews, architecture walkthroughs, and solution sign-offs with client and delivery stakeholders.
6. - Guide and mentor developers and technical consultants on implementation patterns, code quality, and platform limits.
7. - Define and oversee integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware,



event-driven patterns) between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
8. - Own non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and data governance across the solution lifecycle.
9. - Support release management, environment strategy, and DevOps/CI-CD practices for Salesforce delivery.

Stakeholder & Team Engagement:

1. - Act as the primary technical point of contact for client architects, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts.
2. - Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical design documents.
3. - Present architecture decisions and trade-offs to senior technical and business stakeholders.
4. - Collaborate closely with Project/Delivery Managers to ensure technical feasibility and realistic delivery timelines.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. - 8 to 14 years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce solution/technical architecture roles.
2. - Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
3. - Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Salesforce AI/agentic capabilities.
4. - Strong proficiency in Service Cloud architecture (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console).
5. - Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, automation, and platform events.
6. - Expertise in integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or equivalent, event-driven architecture).
7. - Deep knowledge of data modeling, sharing and security architecture, and governor limit management.
8. - Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps tooling.

Good to Have / Certifications:
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant / Integration Architect.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or AI Associate certification.
- Exposure to Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud.
- Prior experience in contact center modernization, omnichannel transformation, or regulated industries (BFSI, Life Sciences, Retail).
