Job Description:

- * Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT/software development projects,

- ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

- * Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with

- stakeholders; translate business needs into technical requirements.

- * Use business analysis techniques to elicit, document, and validate requirements;

- create transparent functional specifications, data models, and process flows.

- * Oversee project artifacts (BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, workflows) with

- traceability to business objectives.

- * Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, AI tooling

- specialists, QA, and operations; optimize resource allocation and performance.

- * Ensure SDLC adherence with a focus on AI-enabled development: requirements,

- design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- * Act as a Scrum Master or agile project lead where appropriate; facilitate sprint

- ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage changes with governance and

- clear escalation paths.
