Requirements:
- B.com, M.com, MBA Finance, CA Inter.
- Relevant experience of a minimum of eight years.
- Experience in an International Residential school will be an advantage; however, it is not mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools (Tally/ERP/Etc.)
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Exposure to dealing with foreign exchange, FCRA & GST(must).
- High ethical standards and integrity in financial matters.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
- The candidate should have experience or working knowledge of AI-enabled finance tools for accounting controls, compliance tracking, audit support, cash flow monitoring, process automation, and financial reporting.
The role should be able to leverage AI to strengthen internal controls, improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and support timely and transparent financial governance.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of team members (AP, FA, GL, Payroll, Compliance, Audits, etc.)
- Interacting with other Departmental colleagues for various works.
- Interacting with Vendors for various queries like payment, TDS, Advances, Documentation, Compliances, Declarations, etc.
- Assist the team in the preparation and finalisation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS/Narratives/Schedules/Financial Statements, etc.
- Manage the transfer and processing of Payroll & Taxation of all staff.
- Ensure that all relevant information is available for Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, and statutory agencies as required.
- Oversee the school's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc.
- Monitor cash flow and manage the school's financial resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and adjust school policies and procedures accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in financial matters.
- Foster a culture of accountability and financial responsibility within the school.
