About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and student-focused International Student Advisor – UK to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the entire UK study abroad journey, from career counselling and university selection to admissions and visa guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized counselling to students interested in pursuing higher education in the United Kingdom.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities and courses based on their academic background, career goals, and financial profile.
- Assist with university applications, documentation, offer acceptance, and admission procedures.
- Support students throughout the UK study visa process, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Counsel students on scholarships, tuition fees, accommodation, education loans, and pre-departure requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.




- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful enrolments.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrolment targets.
- Stay updated with UK university admission requirements, immigration policies, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate student records and application status using CRM systems.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities to generate quality leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in UK student counselling or overseas education.
- Solid knowledge of UK universities, admissions, and the UK study visa process.
- Excellent communication, counselling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
